PAYMENTS

To enforce no contact deliveries, we accept only prepaid orders. You can pay from any of the following options

  • Credit/Debit Card Payment
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets – PhonePe, Amazon Pay, FreeCharge, Payzapp
  • UPI/QR

No, there are no hidden charges of any kind. The price that is seen on the website is inclusive of all taxes. We do not charge separately for shipping as its included in the price.

If you don’t receive an invoice within 2 hours of order placement, please highlight this issue on customercare@tarbull.com. Either you shall get a confirmation of payments received from our side and the order will be shipped or the payment shall be refunded to your account in the next 7 working days.

SHIPPING

You shall receive your product within 5-7 working days. However in some cases it might take an additional 2-3 days depending on courier availability, holidays, banking confirmations etc.

There are no shipping charges that are levied on any Tarbull products.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Any order placed before 12:00 pm on gets processed on the same day. Orders placed post 12:00 pm get processed on the next day.

An email consisting of your shipping information along with a unique tracking id will be sent to you. Use this tracking id to track your shipment by clicking on “Track Your Order” on the website.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Replacement or refund of a product is allowed only if the customer has requested for it within 1 day/ 24 hours of receipt of the order and under the following conditions listed below:

  • Refund shall be applicable if the product delivery is delayed beyond 14 working days.
  • Replacement shall be applicable in the following conditions:
    • If the product received is “Dead on Arrival” or
    • If “Wrong Product” is received or
    • If the received product has any “Manufacturing Defect”
The replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging, accessories & freebies if any. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited to the customer.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product.
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
  • Note: Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality (please check the Shipping & Returns Policy for more details)

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order only before the product has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, then cancellation would not be possible. Log into your account – manage order – cancel order. In case of any issue contact us on customercare@tarbull.com

Yes, only before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, then change in delivery address would not be possible. Log in to your account and cancel the order and place the order again with the new/ desired address.
