Refund & Replacement Policy
A customer can request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the order. The conditions are as follows:
A refund will only be issued if the order has not yet been delivered to you within 14 days.
- A refund is not applicable if physical damage was not reported within 24 hours, along with the product receipt OR if there were any electrical surges or damage caused by the user.
- Kindly note that the amount will be refunded, only after deducting the bank and delivery charges, depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds could take longer than anticipated due to bank delays, environmental disasters, or public holidays.
- The refund will not proceed until the entire product, including the package, accessories, and complimentary gifts (if any) have been received and verified. Apart from that, you should notify customer care in case of a missing or damaged product. If not, the customer will have to pay for the cost of misplaced or damaged products (including the box).
- Monday to Friday are considered working days. The second working order placement marks the beginning of the counting down of working days.
A replacement shall be applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product was delivered 'Dead on Arrival' or if one received a 'Wrong Product'.
- In case the product has any 'Manufacturing Defect' on delivery. A replacement is only possible if the customer has proof that the product delivered was faulty.
- The customer must email email@example.com to inform the company about the reason for the replacement. Please attach photos or a video and give appropriate information about the defective product. Our team will respond to you within 48–72 hours and confirm whether or not the customer can receive a replacement after receiving the product.
- After receiving and examining the entire product, including its packaging, attachments, and any gifts, you will receive the replacement.
- If a product needs replacement, the whole package (the product and its accessories) will be picked up by a courier agent.
Replacement is not allowed under the following circumstances:
- If the customer is not satisfied with how the product looks OR the sound quality of a defect-free product.
- If the complaint of the damaged product is not issued within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- In case of an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
- The user can only provide one address at a time during the time of payment, as that address will be used as the shipment address. The orders must be placed separately if you want to ship goods to various addresses.
- Once the orders are out for delivery from our warehouses, shops or offices. You will receive the product in 7-10 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation message and tracking ID to track your order. Visit the website and enter your ID to stay updated about your shipment.
- After receiving the product, please sign and take the order. If the product was sent to another address which wasn't mentioned, we will consider it a liability.
- We will not take responsibility if the wrong address was given at the time of payment.
- We are not responsible for any damage done to the product post-delivery.
- In case of any shortage or damage, kindly report it to customer care via our 'Contact Us’ page. In addition to this, please attach a copy of the proof of delivery. The aforementioned product should be marked, signed and sent back to the delivery person.
- If you haven't received your order, but the tracker shows it’s been 'Delivered', please raise the issue within 48 hours, or else we won't be able to handle your request.
- You will receive an invoice once the order has been dispatched. Please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you didn't receive an invoice.
- Please note that cash on delivery is not applicable.
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- Once the shipping is in process, you cannot cancel the order.
- There are no cancellations on orders placed under the Same-Day Delivery category.
- Please note cancellation of an order will not be entertained for products obtained on special occasions. These include limited-occasion offers.
- The price of the product listed on the website is updated.We take utmost care to correctly label the products. In case of incorrect pricing or an error in data entry, we have the right to cancel the order. Please make note, it’s a rare event and we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees.For payments via international cards, the bank will apply the applicable exchange rate and charge. We have no jurisdiction over this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
- All orders are at current pricing. We will bill on the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising an invoice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.

Credit card and debit card information will not be stored by us and will not be taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment authorised gateway as per the regulations and requirements of various banks.

We aim to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, if the product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order, based on your convenience.
